PHYS.ORG - Ronald Mallett, Professor at the University of Connecticut, has used
Einstein-s equations to design a time machine with circulating laser beams.
While his team is still looking for funding, he hopes to build and test the
device in the next 10 years.

The Week - Einstein's theory of relativity suggests that it may be feasible to
travel backwards in time by following a "space-time path" that doubles back and
returns to its own starting point in space, but at an earlier time, NDTV news
reports. Physicists refer to such paths as closed time-like curves (CTCs).

India Times - Dr. Peshawar Khan, Professor of Theoretical Physics at the Indian
Institute of Technology Kanpur, announced yesterday a major breakthrough in
tachyon research. The existence of tachyon particles that move faster than light
has previously been postulated but never proven. According to Dr. Khan that is
immaterial because he has devised a method of creating such particles.

Xinhuanet - A team of scientists from the Hauzhong University of Science and
Technology has created a tachyon beam that brought back a 10 minute old image.
The experiment has since been duplicated 5 more times, but there seems to be a
10 minute barrier that cannot be broken.

Ha- aretz - Dr. Akiva Rubinstein, head of the Applied Physics Department at the
Technion (Israel Institute of Technology,) heading a team of post graduate
students , has designed and constructed a Temporal Tunnel Scope (TTS) that does
not have any limitations. The time lag is proportional to the amount energy
applied. The process is currently prohibitively expensive, but Dr. Rubinstein is
confident that the price can be reduced.

Ma-ariv - In an interview with our correspondent Sarah Bar-Lev, Dr. Akiva
Rubinstein expounded on his TTS (Temporal Tunneling Scope) device. The
implications are world-shattering! Imagine retrieving videos of Christ-s sermons
and/or his Crucifixion, or Moses splitting the Red Sea. When asked if it was
possible to get future images, Dr. Rubinstein likened time to a wave in the sea;
the past being the travelled path of the wave and the future a sea of
possibility - the present would then be the crest of the wave. In his analogy,
the future does not exist so travelling to it is not an option.

The Guardian - At the close of the 2016 interfaith conference in Salt Lake City,
Rabbi Joel Lewinsky, Executive Vice President of the Chicago Board of Rabbis,
issued a statement condemning Dr. Akiva Rubinstein-s temporal experiments and
asking the world to come together in faith and ban those experiments for the
rest of eternity. Rabbi Lewinsky has done so on behalf of The Council for a
Parliament of the World-s Religions, an organization of whose Board of Trustees
he is a member.

With...' TV show, Dr. Akiva Rubinstein, Dr. Emile Hofstadter and Dr. Yael Zanav
claimed to have successfully cloned Marilyn Monroe. Dr. Rubinstein the world
renowned temporal physicist explained that his experiments proved that it was
impossible to transfer living organisms through time. Dr. Hofstadter, Professor
of Mental Science at the Heidelberg University, Nobel

Prize laureate in Physiology and possibly the world-s foremost expert on
the human brain continued with an explanation of how information can betransferred from one brain to another and Dr. Zanav a cutting edge Israeli
cloning scientist, finished with an explanation of how she created a mindless
clone from Marilyn-s DNA. 'Why Marilyn?' asked the host. Apparently the cost of
the particular process was ridiculously expensive and the only source of
available funds, had insisted on this particular subject. When asked why Marylyn
did not come to the show, Dr. Rubinstein explained that there were a slew of
local as well as international issues that needed to be resolved. He went on to
say that all the tests administered to Marilyn Two were conclusively proving
that the experiment was a resounding success.

Stern - History repeats itself; Marilyn Two has an affair with Israeli
Prime-Minister Naftali Borsec - thus claims the gossip column of the Israeli rag
Ha-aretz. Marilyn Two who has surfaced this January in Israel, claims to be an
avatar of Marilyn Monroe. A lot controversy and not a little mystery surrounds
this particularly beautiful woman who looks a lot like Marilyn Monroe did in her
mid-twenties. A team of scientists composed of two Israelis and one German claim
to have transferred the mind of the original into this clone. The possibility
seems quite far-fetched, though it seems that her fingerprints match those of
the original Marilyn. The scientific community is split on this issue and it
might take a while until these claims are resolved one way or another. Marilyn
Two has no id-s of any kind and the Israeli government has no record of her
entering the country. Marilyn Two had met the (then) future prime-minister at a
press conference held by the scientists who claimed to have created her.

Ma-ariv - Akiva-s Group makes news again. Yosef Ben-Haiim and his wife Yaffa,
two of last night-s contestants on 'Israel-s Got Talent,' claim to be the
avatars of Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin. The resemblance, both musical as well
as physical is uncanny - the beard and sidelocks that Yosef sported could not
hide his features and Yaffa-s voice was: 'can anyone else sing like that?' In
addition, there was no mistaking the Hendrix chops on Yosef-s rendition of the
Israeli anthem. The Hasidic couple was featured, earlier today, on chef Israel
Aharoni-s show 'Double Aharoni.' In between cooking they explained that the
previous year after they had become aware of their surroundings, they needed a
long period of adjustment. The scientific explanations of the Akiva crew meant
nothing to them and eventually they found a Rabbi who made a lot more sense.
From then it was a small step to converting to Judaism and moving to Ashkelon
where their Rabbi helped them find jobs. Their memories were not too happy, so
they decided to renounce the drugs, alcohol and the debouched rock-star lives
that they used to lead and dedicate themselves to a more modest and God fearing
existence. Their Rabbi, Shlomo Ben-Tzvi only became aware of the entire story
gradually, but when he finally got the most of it, he convinced them that talent
comes from God and that they should not hide it, but use it to the greater glory
of the Shem*. Aharoni, a longtime admirer of both their music, could only thank
them for deciding to perform again. He also thanked their Rabbi for helping with
that decision. It was quite funny and weirdly paradoxical that Yaffa, showed him
how to cook Texas style mustard greens. Of course she substituted smoked turkey
necks for the original ham hocks.

The Telegraph - Amy Two Winehouse and Dr. Akiva Rubinstein announced on the set
of the American TV show 'The View' that they had come to the US to get married.
Whoopi was wondering why they could not have done that in Israel where Amy Two
was 'born' so to speak. Dr. Akiva explained that in Israel there was no such
thing as civil marriage and considering the circumstances of Amy-s coming into
existence, the Israeli rabbinate had decided that she could not possibly be
Jewish and therefore could not marry Dr. Akiva who was. At that point Amy
started singing 'They wanted me to go to mikvah**, and I said no, no, no!'
*Shem - one of the Hebrew names of God meaning Name.
**mikvah - traditional Jewish cleansing bathhouse, part of the conversion
